TNDC ANNOUNCES THE HIRING OF ANGELA ADSIT TO LEAD NEWLY CREATED JOINT PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

TNDC is pleased to announce the hiring of Angela Adsit as Interim Director of Corporate Culture.

Angela, a proud Tahltan, has served as her family representative on the Tahltan Central Government board and has held executive roles in for-profit and not-for-profit Indigenous organizations. With a background in both worlds, she advocates integrating societies holistically, incorporating local Indigenous values. Angela, an adjunct professor, designs culturally aware curricula on Indigenous entrepreneurship and community/business development for universities.

In her new role Angela will be tasked, among other things, to lead the newly created TNDC Joint Personnel Committee (JPC), a new initiative designed to enhance communication and collaboration between employees and management. This committee will play a crucial role in addressing workplace issues and ensuring that all voices are heard and respected.
