TNDC ANNOUNCES SENIOR LEADERSHIP PROMOTIONS TO ADVANCE STRATEGY AND DRIVE GROWTH

TNDC is pleased to announce important promotions within its senior management team, aligning with the company’s strategic direction and commitment to be the Partner of Choice, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Calvin Carlick has been elevated to Vice President - Partnerships from Director, Partnerships and Business Development. In this enhanced leadership role, Calvin further expands his responsibilities for increasing TNDC revenues, growing strategic partnerships and identifying new market opportunities to support TNDC’s strategic growth. This promotion recognizes the expanded size and scope of the partnerships portfolio Calvin has been managing for the past 18 months and his success in executing a partnership management strategy, fostering strategic service relationships, and engaging Tahltan-owned businesses into TNDC’s business model.

Rob McPhee’s title will be adjusted to Executive Vice President, Strategy and External Relations, from Vice President of Partnerships and Growth. This title reflects Rob’s role in shaping and executing TNDC’s external relations and strategic initiatives. In addition, this will highlight Rob’s visionary leadership and background in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder engagement, particularly with Indigenous communities and government entities. Rob has been an instrumental strategic advisor to TNDC for more than a decade, fostering important stakeholder relationships and leading key strategic growth initiatives.

“TNDC is privileged to have the calibre of Calvin and Rob on its senior leadership team. They are accomplished management professionals with extensive experience and impressive business and academic acumen. Calvin and Rob will continue to be instrumental in the advancement of TNDC’s business model and execution of its strategic plan, helping grow TNDC’s presence inside and outside Tahltan Territory. As Tahltans, they also bring valuable perspective as we work to create sustainable value that supports the Nation’s prosperity, builds skills, and enhances capacity for generations to come,” Todd den Engelsen, CEO of TNDC.
