TNDC APPOINTS INTERIM CEO AND NEW PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTIONThe TNDC Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Gordichuk, TNDC’s Vice President of Construction, as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and new President of Construction, effective October 23, 2023. Bruce will assume the role following the departure of Paul Gruner, who resigned effective October 20th. With Bruce's experience managing TNDC’s construction field teams and leading TNDC’s Heavy Construction division, the Board is confident he will provide excellent guidance and strategic direction during this transitional period. Bruce is a senior executive leader with 30 years of progressive experience leading various business units and divisions. He has a dynamic range of experience in developing high performance teams, quality, safety and continuous improvements, systems, profit and loss optimization, contract management and change management. He has held senior roles with several organizations, including Senior Vice President of Industrial with Carlson Construction Group, President of Quinn Contracting Group of Companies, Chief Operating Officer of Pacer Promec Energy Corporation, and senior leadership consulting roles with SRB Consulting. “I am honoured to assume the role of interim CEO of TNDC.
