Congratulations to TNDC's 2022 Inaugural Long Service Award RecipientsWe are delighted to recognize more than 20 employees for their long-term commitment, loyalty, and service to TNDC, which ranged from six years up to an impressive 25 years! These employees received Long Service Award Certificates with their name and number of years of service, as well as IdeaSouce points. The Long Service Award is awarded for increments of 5 years of service and are part of the TNDC Employee Rewards and Recognition Program, introduced in October 2022, to recognize and celebrate those TNDC employees who demonstrate initiative, dedication and commitment to our company and our clients. We look forward to recognizing another batch of employees for their long service at the end of 2023!
