Notice of TNDC Virtual AGM Rescheduled

NOTICE OF TNDC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice Date: August 19, 2021 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Shareholders of Tahltan Nation Development Corporation (TNDC) will be held on: October 10, 2021 between 9:00 am and 12:00pm.

Due to ongoing restrictions associated with COVID-19, the 2021 TNDC AGM will be held electronically via Zoom webinar.

Details on how to join the AGM (with an electronic link) and the Agenda will be emailed to Tahltan members in advance of the AGM.

Notice is hereby given to Tahltan members the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of TNDC will be held on the dates and times and at the location specified above for the following purposes:

  1. Provide an operational update;
  2. Provide the 2020-2021 fiscal year financial statements; and
  3. Provide an update on future business.

If there is no quorum present at this meeting (quorum being the leadership of the three Shareholder organizations – Iskut Band, Tahltan Band, Tahltan Central Government), the meeting shall be adjourned for the same day in the next month at the same time and place.

A copy of this notice will be sent to all Tahltan members via electronic mail (if applicable), and posted on TNDC’s website, at www.tndc.ca.
